To thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements regarding work safety at the provincial, municipal, and town levels, and to fully assign enterprises their responsibilities for work safety, Huahong Technology held a meeting on March 25th to advance efforts in work safety and the implementation of the “six modernization approaches”: networking, specialization, digitalization, participation by all employees, practical implementation, and standardization through manuals. Zhu Dayong, the company’s president, attended the meeting and delivered a motivational speech. Zhou Renkai from the town’s work safety supervision office was present to oversee the meeting. Hu Pinlong, the general manager of the business unit, also spoke at the meeting. Representatives from various departments, production workshops, the entire safety management team, and frontline employees participated in the meeting.
In his motivational speech, President Zhu Dayong emphasized that work safety is crucial for a company’s survival and development, and it represents a fundamental boundary that must be strictly maintained.

The company currently faces heavy production and operational challenges, with numerous safety risks across various areas. All employees must raise their awareness and firmly overcome any sense of complacency or luck. With a high level of political, ideological, and practical commitment, they must ensure that all aspects of safety work are carried out thoroughly and effectively. He emphasized that the company should use this “six-standardization” initiative as an opportunity to improve safety management standards and procedures. Responsibilities must be clearly defined and assigned to individuals, ensuring that tasks are completed and measures are put in place. This will help to maintain a stable and improving safety situation within the company.

Subsequently, Pan Zhengqing, Director of the Company's Safety Management Department, conducted a specialized training session focusing on key topics including the current safety production landscape, typical accident cases, risk identification and control, hazard investigation and remediation, and emergency response. He provided a detailed explanation of the specific tasks involved in implementing the "Six Modernizations" initiative. The meeting also emphasized arrangements for the five-minute safety briefings before and after shifts. Director Pan required all workshops and work teams to strictly adhere to the procedures for pre-shift safety reminders, in-shift safety monitoring, and post-shift safety reviews, integrating safety education into daily operations and ensuring its consistent implementation to effectively enhance overall safety awareness and operational standardization among all staff.

In his speech at the meeting, Hu Pinlong, General Manager of the Business Unit, emphasized the need to strengthen the ideological foundation for full staff participation in the "Six Modernizations" initiative, enhance employees 'proactive commitment, and drive a profound shift in the company's safety philosophy from "safety imposed on me" to "safety achieved through my own efforts." The company must fully implement one-page operation procedure cards, risk notification cards, and emergency response cards for every position, ensuring comprehensive coverage, visualized processes, and standardized operations, enabling every employee to understand risks, follow procedures, and handle incidents effectively. Additionally, continuous safety education and training must be intensified, integrating the requirements of the "Six Modernizations" into all production processes and stages to foster an environment where everyone prioritizes, manages, and adheres to safety, thereby providing solid support for the effective implementation of the company's safety initiatives.
