To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 15th Jiangyin City People's Congress, strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations, and inject fresh talent into the Party membership, the Party Branch of Huahong Technology held an August Theme Party Day meeting and a Party Member Assembly for the admission of probationary Party members on the morning of August 27. Centered on the theme of "Studying the Spirit, Welcoming New Members, and Promoting Development," the meeting aimed to foster the deep integration of Party building with production and operational activities.

Embrace the spirit of the Party Congress to build a shared consensus for progress.

    At the meeting, Zhu Dayong, Secretary of the Party Branch, led all Party members in a collective study session on the spirit of the 15th Jiangyin Municipal Party Congress, enabling them to gain a deep understanding of the "Dare to Ascend, Strive for Excellence" Jiangyin Spirit, and facilitated discussions centered around four key themes: industrial transformation, science and technology innovation-driven development, green development, and reform and opening-up.

    The Party Secretary called upon all Party members to fulfill their duties and responsibilities in their respective positions, translate the spirit of the Party Congress into tangible results in driving innovation and entrepreneurship, and foster the deep integration of Party building with production and operational activities.

Recruiting new talent to strengthen the Party membership ranks

    At the meeting, four prospective Party members from various positions reported sequentially on their ideological and professional backgrounds as well as their original aspirations for joining the Party, and underwent evaluation by existing Party members. Following thorough discussion and a secret ballot, the meeting unanimously approved the admission of these four comrades as probationary members of the Communist Party of China.

    The infusion of fresh talent has further expanded the Party branch's membership, injecting vibrant energy and dynamism into the grassroots Party organizations.

To foster corporate development, the Party Secretary expressed his hopes and set forth specific requirements.

    The Party branch secretary extended congratulations to the newly admitted probationary Party member and expressed four hopes: to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and solidify their ideological foundation; to achieve outstanding performance in their respective roles and play a vanguard role; to strictly observe discipline and regulations and maintain integrity and honesty; and to proactively undergo the organizational assessment, holding themselves to the high standards expected of full Party members in order to strive for formal admission by the scheduled date.

    Meanwhile, the Party Secretary urged all Party members to continue delving into the spirit of the Party Congress, transforming their learning outcomes into driving force for corporate development, and contributing Huahong's strength to Jiangyin's high-quality development.

    This conference serves both as a theoretical learning platform and as an organizational initiative aimed at recruiting new members and consolidating organizational strength.
