02 Heavy workshop director made a safety accident report and corrective measures

Zhu Liqing, director of heavy workshop, made a detailed report and analysis of the accident when the staff of heavy workshop No.1 was dismantling the cylinder front chamber oil port cover screws at 17:10 on March 26, and proposed the following corrective measures: Firstly, the cylinder must be drained in time to prevent the recurrence of oil spraying; secondly, the special steel wire rope is customized for lifting the cylinder to solve the problem of the cylinder shaking in the lifting process. Thirdly, we will do our best to investigate the safety hazards in the workshop and adhere to the principle of "four no's": the cause is not identified, the responsible person is not dealt with, the person concerned is not educated, and the corrective measures are not implemented to eliminate the safety hazards, and the problems found during the investigation will be rectified in time.
