Motivating Progress: Honoring Pioneers and Setting Examples

During the “Awards and Recognition” segment, the division’s management presented trophies and certificates to the “Outstanding Individuals in Standardization Implementation” and the “Outstanding Units”. This recognition not only honored these outstanding individuals but also sent a clear message to all employees: to take these role models as examples and strive to match their achievements. Strategic Planning at the Peak: The General Manager Outlines the Future Blueprint

At the end of the meeting, Liu Weihua, the general manager of the division, took the stage to deliver a concluding speech. He emphasized that senior management must prioritize standardization as a strategic focus and recognize its critical importance for the organization’s long-term development. Liu pointed out that the essence of standardization is to simplify complex tasks, and its value lies in three aspects: ensuring that tasks are completed correctly from the first attempt, transforming dispersed knowledge into a common language within the organization, and using this as a foundation for building core competitiveness. Looking ahead, Liu stressed that standardization should become an integral part of the organization’s culture. On one hand, senior leadership needs to set the example, while middle managers must fully embrace and strictly implement these standards as part of everyday practices. On the other hand, “continuous improvement” should become a fundamental aspect of the organization’s culture, allowing standards to remain dynamic and effective over time. Regarding plans for 2026, Liu outlined a strategy involving both mandatory compliance measures and cultural initiatives to create an environment where everyone values and follows standards. He also encouraged frontline employees to contribute to standard improvement through innovative practices, so that standards can truly become the driving force behind the division’s high-quality development.
