Senior leaders from the equipment division, heads of various departments and teams, as well as key project members attended the meeting to witness the official launch of this important strategic initiative.   The meeting was chaired by Yang Fei from Anhede Heng Consulting. At the beginning of the meeting, project manager Chen Juan elaborated in detail on the project implementation plan and schedule. Based on thorough preliminary research, she identified the key challenges, root causes, and core requirements related to the equipment management process across all stages. Taking into account the company’s actual operational conditions, she presented a comprehensive lean digital solution and officially announced the contents of the first-phase implementation, providing clear guidelines for the project’s progress.
