To thoroughly implement the requirements of high-quality development, comprehensively improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance core competitiveness, on December 23, Huahong Technology’s renewable resources processing equipment division held a launch meeting for its lean digitalization project. Senior leaders from the equipment division, heads of various departments and teams, as well as key project members attended the meeting to witness the official launch of this important strategic initiative. The meeting also marked a new phase in the division’s efforts toward refined management and continuous improvement.

The meeting was chaired by Yang Fei from Anhede Heng Consulting. At the beginning of the meeting, project manager Chen Juan elaborated in detail on the project implementation plan and schedule. Based on thorough preliminary research, she identified the key challenges, root causes, and core requirements related to the equipment management process across all stages. Taking into account the company’s actual operational conditions, she presented a comprehensive lean digital solution and officially announced the contents of the first-phase implementation, providing clear guidelines for the project’s progress.
The meeting emphasized that adopting lean digital practices is a strategic approach for the company to meet market challenges and build sustainable competitive advantages. It’s crucial to fully understand the essence of lean principles, engage all employees in the process, continuously improve processes, and resolutely eliminate waste at every stage.
At the meeting, all attendees solemnly took an oath, pledging to prioritize the company's interests, actively engage in lean transformation initiatives, strictly adhere to project requirements, and contribute to achieving the objectives. The resolute oath demonstrated the united spirit and unwavering commitment to mission fulfillment within the equipment division.
Chen Hong, the project advancement technical leader, and Cao Yu, the production team leader, delivered statements expressing their commitment to implementing the company’s decisions and fully engaging in the lean transformation process. They promised to lead their teams in thoroughly learning and applying lean tools, to address issues head-on, and to make every effort to drive improvements. Their goal is to develop practical solutions that can be replicated and scaled across the organization.

Wu Zhenping, General Manager of Anhede Heng, stated that the company will fully support the progress of the project and assist the equipment division in successfully implementing lean management practices. She emphasized that the launch of these initiatives isn’t just for show; the key is to establish clear frameworks and systems, regulate behaviors through standards, manage operations with scientific procedures, and continuously develop and nurture talent throughout the implementation process.

Implementing lean management is essential for enhancing core competitiveness and addressing market challenges. By eliminating waste at every stage of the value chain—design, production, sales, and service—we can deliver products and services at lower costs, with higher efficiency, better quality, and faster response times. This will enable us to create exceptional value for customers and build a competitive advantage that’s difficult to imitate.
At the end of the meeting, everyone recited the “Ten Principles for Improvement” in unison. The synchronized and powerful voices once again filled the venue with energy. This was not just a resonance of voices, but also a manifestation of the collective spirit and determination of all participants. It clearly demonstrated the strong will and unwavering belief of the team in achieving success through lean digital transformation in the equipment sector.
A new journey has begun.
