On October 8, 2026, Chen Zhichang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Secretary of the Party Committee of Baotou City, visited the Baotou Huahong plant of Huahong Technology's rare-earth magnetic materials division to conduct an on-site inspection of the project's construction progress. Gao Yong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone Administrative Committee, accompanied the inspection visit. Xu Jiacheng, General Manager of the company, briefed the Secretary and his delegation on the project's planning, technological research and development, and construction progress.

      Chen Zhichang emphasized the need to align with the city's "1144" modern industrial system and the "Six Networks" planning framework, effectively leverage various enterprise support mechanisms to help companies overcome challenges in project construction, and accelerate the pace and enhance the efficiency of major projects. He further stressed the importance of seizing development opportunities, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, leveraging Baotou's advantages in green electricity and raw material supply, adhering to green and low-carbon development, rigorously fulfilling the primary responsibility for production safety, implementing comprehensive safety management throughout all project phases, and steadfastly upholding the fundamental safety standards for sustainable development.
